Where are the clothes from?

The clothes are from different brands and countries around the world.

Are the items new?

All the items have been previously used by me, but you will find the clothes in a nearly-new condition.

If something is brand new, it will be indicated in the description of that specific item.

Do you have different sizes and colour options?

We do not have different sizes and colours because they were bought for personal use.

If you do find an item in a different size, it means I liked it so much that I bought another to wear it AGAIN!

Are there defects?

If there are defects, they will be photographed and included in the description of the product.

How to know the accurate size?

The measurement of every garment is included in the photos, so please make sure to check all the photos of the item you are interested in. Also, do measure your child to ensure the clothing fits correctly.

The ages stated should only be used as a guide, so please ensure to check the measurements in the photos.

How long does it take to ship the clothes?

Delivery time = handling time + shipping time

Handling times are 1-2 business days.

Depending on your region of the world, it may take between 3 and 15 business days to ship the clothes.

The shipping times are estimates quoted by our couriers for metro destinations - items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

AGain takes no responsibility for delays caused by our couriers or their affiliates.

AGain cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to factors beyond our control e.g. weather, government regulations, etc., but please be assured we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.

Are there customs, taxes or any additional fees?

AGain does not collect customs fees or charges. They are not included in the shipping fees. However, some shipments may be subject to customs fees outside AGain's control.

These fees are to be worked out between the customer and customs direct, so the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or fees.

Do you accept returns?

Since the majority of the items are pre-owned, AGain will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds. So, please ensure the size fits and you check the condition of the garment as shown in the photos and stated in the description.
